Microsoft open source building footprints extract for the Stevens County area. The Washington.json file was downloaded 2 July 2018, from: https://usbuildinhttps://usbuildingdata.blob.core.windows.net/usbuildings/Washington.zip, then converted to a shapefile using GDAL (open source) with the following command: ogr2ogr -F "ESRI Shapefile" shp/Washington.shp D:/GISData/Update/US/Microsoft/27/Washington.json.
